Endoskopie und Arthroskopie in Marbella<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=“1\/2″][vc_column_text]Heutzutage wird routinem\u00e4\u00dfig „durchs Schl\u00fcsselloch“ in die Gelenke des Knies, Sprunggelenk und Schulter geblickt. Das f\u00fchrt man als einfache diagnostische Ma\u00dfnahme bei unklaren langmonatigen Gelenkschmerzen durch, bis hin zu komplexen endoskopischen Eingriffen, wie einer Knorpeltransplantation an Knie, Sprunggelenk, Ellenbogen und Schulter, in Form von Schulterstabilisierungen bei Ausrenkungen oder arthroskopischen Offset-Operationen beim sogenannten femoroazetabul\u00e4ren Impingement an der H\u00fcfte.<\/p>\n

Eine lange Tradition hat die Arthroskopie am Knie. Die endoskopische und minimalinvasive Versorgung ist zentraler Bestandteil der Sportmedizin und Endoskopie. Vielen ist die Teilentfernung von Meniskusrissen bekannt. Das Gleiche gilt f\u00fcr arthroskopische Meniskusn\u00e4hte, der arthroskopische Kreuzbandersatz bei Rissen des vorderen und hinteren Kreuzbandes. Knorpeldefekte k\u00f6nnen mit dem Endoskop behandelt werden und man kann auch freie Glenkk\u00f6rper am Knie arthroskopisch entfernen. Bei einer fr\u00fchen Kniearthrose (Gonarthrose) kann der Knorpel arthroskopisch gelenkerhaltend gegl\u00e4ttet werden. Auch eine Mikrofrakturierung wird endoskopisch durchgef\u00fchrt, oft in Kombination mit Umstellungseingriffen bei relativ jungen Patienten mit Teilarthrose.<\/p>\n

Die Schulterarthroskopie ist ein weiteres gro\u00dfes Einsatzfeld der Endoskopie. Man kann mittels einer sogenannten arthroskopischen Akromioplastik eine schmerzhafte Enge im Tunnel unter dem Schulterdach (subakromiales Impingement) dauerhaft beseitigen. Ein schmerzhafter Verschleiss am Schultereckgelenk kann abgetragen werden und die Schultern nach Ausrenkungen endoskopisch stabilisiert werden. Es kann der Knorpelabrieb bei Verschleiss (Omarthrose) gegl\u00e4ttet werden und freie Gelenkk\u00f6rper aus der Schulter entfernt werden. Nahezu alle Risse in der Rotatorenmanschette werden bei uns vollst\u00e4ndig arthroskopisch geschlossen.<\/p>\n

Am Sprunggelenk kann man Knorpeldefekte endoskopisch durch das Schl\u00fcsselloch behandeln und nach Umknickverletzungen des Sprunggelenkes, bei sogenannten B\u00e4nderrissen, k\u00f6nnen freie Knorpelst\u00fccke Blockierungen und Schmerzen im Sprunggelenk verursachen. Diese sogenannten Flakes kann man endoskopisch entfernen.<\/p>\n

An der H\u00fcfte lassen sich beispielsweise seit Monaten unklare H\u00fcft- und Leistenschmerzen abkl\u00e4ren. Man kann bei Verschleiss im fr\u00fchen Stadium eine Knorpelgl\u00e4ttung als gelenkerhaltenden Eingriff durchf\u00fchren. Bei Rheuma l\u00e4sst sich die entz\u00fcndete Gelenkschleimhaut entfernen und freie Gelenkk\u00f6rper im H\u00fcftgelenk kann man ebenso endoskopisch entfernen. Bei Einklemmungen im H\u00fcftgelenk, dem sogenannten femoroazetabul\u00e4ren Impingement, k\u00f6nnen diese mittels einer arthroskopischen Offset-Operation beseitigt werden.<\/p>\n
